What I can do for you

As a generalist, I love getting stuck into all the things you haven’t got time to do, so that you can focus on strategy, funding and supporting your service users.

I support charities, social enterprises and consultants to the sector with freelance admin, including:

Day-to-day operations support
Setting up and streamlining systems and processes
Impact and data work, including: online form creation, data analysis, impact reporting
Project management/coordination
Trustee liaison and minute-taking
Bid support, including: information gathering, proofreading, tracking applications, reporting

Want someone to bounce an idea off about your monitoring forms? Have a big bit of data analysis to do but no time to do it? Need someone to fill in for a colleague whilst they’re unwell or manage a new project?

My ad-hoc support offer is perfect for one off projects, filling short-term gaps and let's face it, just trying out what it's like to work with a freelance administrator.

"The Trusty Sidekick"

0.5 days a week - £600 per month

1 day a week - £1200 per month

(Both based on a 7-hour day)

Being at the helm of a non-profit or charity consultancy is a lonely business, and having a freelance admin manager gives you a shoulder to lean on, a colleague to bounce ideas off and someone to help you move the organisation forward.

In addition to the admin and operations support detailed, I can help you with accountability, personal organisation and effective team and trustee management.

1 hour - £0

I know that funds are tight, so if you are a small-medium charity or social enterprise with under 5 employees, you can apply for one of my 4 free 1-2-1 slots per month, to help you think through any of your admin or operations problems.

This isn't a 'discovery call'; this is just purely someone for you to talk to. No strings attached.
